Subject of the contract

Some parts of the services available on Jump to Hungary website provided by 3^rd party as intermediary service. The terms and conditions of these services are defined by the service provider. Some parts of the services available on Jump to Hungary website are provided by the Vendor. A combined terms and conditions is valid for the services packages.

Combined terms and conditions

The suupply of services is available only via the Jump to Hungary website. Our service does not allow you to submit purchase order via phone, fax, email, unless otherwise specified.

Your access to and use the services is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these terms. These terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access the website.

You accept that some circumstances (e.g. change of season, weather, law) may exist that preclude the use of service. We, the owner of the website and Vendor will not liable to you in respect of any losses.

The services should be used within a specified time limit, otherwise the services are deemed to be ended.

You have a predefined time to cancel the purchased services, paying 5% cancellation fee.

Price, payment terms

Prices are including taxes. The price covers the full service defined in the program description. Prices are due in advance via online payment. Secure payment by bank card online or via PayPal is available. Customers may ask additional service request, these additional services can be paid the same way or in Hungary by cash. Prepayment is available only if the request is submitted to purchase@jumptohungary.com address and only if the request is approved.

If the invoice of services is missing the Vendor shall be requested to issue the and send the invoice at his own expense. The request should be submitted to the customer service via email or by post.

Deadlines

The vouchers are labeled with expiry date. After the expiry date the price of the scheduled programs are not guaranteed as we have the agreement with 3^rd party sport teams, pilots for special prices only for limited periods.

After the purchase, but within the validity period the packages may be exchanged to other programs for free of charge. If the price of the chosen program exceeds the value of the voucher the difference is required to be paid.

Any unused balance will not be refunded or credited.

The service validity may be less than 6 months, please check the expiry date. The vouchers are valid for 90 days from the date of purchase. The validity of the activity package may not be changed. The service must be used within the given period, we strongly suggest to book in advance.

Valid voucher must be presented and validated at the event, program. Validated vouchers are not refundable.

Printed version of the voucher is compulsory on all programs, the hard-copy of the voucher should be presented to the Jump to Hungary staff prior the program start. In case no Jump to Hungary staff is required, the voucher should be given to the representative of the service provider.

Please ensure you check the available times before the program start. All vouchers valid for 1 time only. Keep your voucher safe. Jump to Hungary cannot be held liable for vouchers, which are subsequently lost or misused.

You accept that the programs involves an element of personal risk. Vouchers are unassigned, can be purchased as a gift voucher.

Unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to mechanical breakdowns, weather and other unforeseen reasons beyond the control of the Vendor may cause cancellation to the program.

We will utilize our best efforts to notify you of such change as soon as possible, we will have a look at alternative dates.

Jump to Hungary as a Vendor shall not be held liable in any way for any of these possible occurrences or any consequences, which may arise as a result of these.

Limitations

There are limitations regarding the programs. These limitations are defined on program description (e.g. age, health status, weight, high), it is your obligation to ensure that you meet these criteria. Do not book a program without checking these limitations. If you have any question please contact our customer service at support@jumptohungary.com.

The service provider reserves the right to refuse your voucher and exclude you from the program at any point if they find it dangerous for your health or safety.

You take responsibility that the you are compatible with the general enjoyment and your own well being during the chosen programs. Neither we nor website owner can be held responsible or liable for any complications relating to it.

Changing service/activity package

If the recipient is not happy with the gift voucher, the voucher can be exchanged for another program, activity, however if the new activity is of greater value than the original voucher the difference must be payed. Please contact our customer service at purchase@jumptohungary.com and include as much information as you can about the voucher, order, and required new program. Based on this our colleagues can check the availability of exchange.

Right to cancellation

If you are not completely satisfied with service that you have purchased, you may cancel the order for service by causing a written notice of your cancellation to be sent to purchase@jumptohungary.com within 15 days of the date of the purchase. If you cancel, amounts paid, minus 5% reimbursement of expenses will be refunded.

The refund of services payed via bank transfer should be completed via bank transfer within 15 days of the cancellation notice. This refund needs to be requested via email sent to purchase@jumtohungary.com, the email should contain bank details and all information about the original order.

Limitation of liability

In no event will Promotion Solution Kft. be liable to you for any loss or damage which arises out of technical problems, server errors, malfunction.

If you breach any of these terms and conditions – failed reconciliation, providing incorrect data, use the website in any way that is  fraud or fraudulent – Promotion Solution Kft. reserves the right to deem the booking as having been canceled, to case your right to use our service and to claim compensation for direct or indirect loss or damage.

Warranty

Act V of 2013 Civil code Section 6. chapter XXIV governs the warranty rules and Regulation 19/2014 (IV.29) governs the warranty and guarantee procedures.

Guarantees

Service provider’s services are covered by guarantee according to Government Decree 151/2003 on the compulsory warrant on certain consumer goods designated for long-term use. In case of unintended use of product, the Decree may release the service provider from their obligation.

The duration of the guarantee starts with the actual performance i.e. handover to the client or installation of the product.

Consumer durables with mandatory 1 year guarantee defined in Annex to the Government Decree 151/2003. (IX.22).

Shared data can me: user name, surname, last name, country, phone number, email address. The reason of data share providing customer service to the users, helpdesk service, confirmation of the transaction and fraud-monitoring.

The objective of our privacy policy is to meet the requirements of legislation, define the rules of  processing, recording and protection of data. This privacy policy shall prevent the data –  handled by service provider (Promotion Solution Kft.) – from falling into unauthorized hands.

Legal bases of data management

User’s voluntary contributions based on the Act CXII of 2011 on the Right of Informational Self-Determination and on Freedom of Information.

Data under management

Data provided by the user during the registration: surname, first name, email address, phone, address.

When user use our website our servers automatically record information (‘log data’), including information that the user’s browser sends when the user using it. The log data may include Internet Protocol address, date and time of the request, browser type and settings and OS information. These information are not associated with the users personal data.

The purpose of use of collected information

The purpose of data processing is to identify the user and the user eligibility. Service provider may use the data for statistical and marketing purposes. By using unsubscribe option, users are entitled to prohibit the use of their data.

Log data may be used only for technical and statistical purposes. No personal information is disclosed to any anonymous information obtained from cookies and similar technologies.

We will not disclose users’ personal information to any 3^rd parties without their consent, however we reserve the right to use or disclose to 3^rd party any information without a customer consent if it is requested by any law and regulations.

Jump to Hungary and www.jumptohungary.com website implement standard industry practices internally and with our service providers to maintain the security of users’ personal information depending on its sensitivity and to avoid disclosure of such personal information unpermitted under Act 1959. IV, other relevant regulations or this Privacy Policy.

Users may ask us to provide information on their personal data, modify or delete their information.

Personal information

Jump to Hungary uses personal information so that we may supply specific information requested by customers, undertake surveys or competitions, manage orders for products and services, display or send custom, personalized content to our users and send newsletters, mail, e-mails, features, promotional material, surveys and other updates, information or offers to our users.

By using registration process users voluntarily disclose information and accept our privacy policy terms. On our website there is an opportunity to request newsletters and users may request to stop these newsletters by using unsubscribe function free of charge.

Jump to Hungary may ask for personal data e.g. email address, home or work address or phone number, aggregate information about the users and customers, such as demographic, address, age and gender information. Some log data may include Internet Protocol address, date and time of the request, browser type and settings and OS information. We use data analytics to aggregate information about referring website address, browser type, domain name and website access frequency, search history. In certain cases IP address and cookies may contain your personal information, we use this information for statistical purpose only.

Users’ web browser offers so-called “cookies” which, if they allow their use, store small amounts of data on their computer when they visit a website. Usershave the ability to accept or decline cookies by modifying the browser settings. Our Sites are viewable even if the cookie function is disabled. By accepting cookies user consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of that information in accordance with the operation of Jump to Hungary services.

Time-frame of data management

Service provider is entitled to manage the users’ information until they receive request for deletion from the user. Service provider shall delete the user within 15 days from the date of request.

Submitting illicit or false personal information on our website is criminal offense, according to this privacy policy we reserve the right immediately to remove any material, personal information in connection with the user.
