Café 57 opened in May 2001 in the Rózsadomb
or Rose Hill district of Budapest
and was the first minimalist bar in the city.
After a successful start, it was the guests themselves
and their needs which pointed the way we developed.
This is how fashionable bar became a restaurant
comprising two floors.
The upper floor has the atmosphere of a conservatory
and can be converted into a covered terrace in summer.
It is a very pleasant, welcoming environment all year round.
The unique creations on our fusion menu
are replaced every six months to offer variety
and these are augmented by a weekly menu.
We accomplish our menu with some unique wine from our dynamic wine list.
