The enormous Wiener Schnitzel
The traditional Wiener Schnitzel is the well konwn, 4-5 milimeter tich breaded veal meet dish.. It is a fresh, light and filling dish that can be easily a favourite of everyone. Since the preparation is difficult and requires great practice, most of our Viennese waffles are eaten at our restaurants today.
For those who has great appetite we offer a bigger (27cm diameter) piece which is nearly the size of a pizza. But we also make Wiener Schnitzel of turkey and pig for those who do not like veal meat.
We put great emphasis on using high quality ingredients and that everyone leave satiated and with satisfaction. We hope you will return after having a dinner at our place.
